Foreign nationals are allowed to buy as follows in Hungary

- Building site

- Dwelling house

- Industrial area

- and Fishing lake too

And all this with registration into the Land Registry included!

(Foreign nationals are not allowed to buy agricultural lands in Hungary)

At the moment it is still very profitable to buy houses, sites and companies near the Austrian border, in our beautiful neighbouring country with ideal climate. Prices, however are rising.  The more closer the introduction of EURO is, the more demand increases  for real estates. Furthermore, since the prices are determined by the demand, extraordinary increase in value can be expected.
